We are thrilled to announce the release of Allocations v2.0, the latest version of our fund administration platform. This new version is the result of our team’s hard work and dedication to delivering the best possible scalability in our platform.

Speed and efficiency is critical to fund administration. As technology advances, it’s time to make the latest technology a first-class part of Allocations frontend application.

Today we’re excited to announce the suite of tools  available on Allocations:

• Allocations SPVs: View, manage and create SPVs.
• Allocations Funds: View, manage and create Funds.
• Allocations Migrations: View, manage and create migrations.
• Allocations Taxes: View and manage tax returns.

Our goal with this release was to create an even more powerful application to empower fund managers and investors. We wanted to enhance the infrastructure of our platform, while also improving its performance and speed:

• Relational Database: Allocations.com just made a big move towards better scalability! We've switched from a non-relational to a relational database. This change means we can handle even more data and deliver faster results than ever before.
• Reduced Application Size by 80%: Allocations.com has made some big changes to improve our shipping speed! We've streamlined our application size by a whopping 80%. This means our platform is now much faster, more efficient, and more reliable than ever before. Our clients can expect much faster feature shipping.
• Improved Frontend & Backend stack: We've recently made the switch to a more modern frontend and backend stack. Our new stack is vastly simplified and improved, making our platform faster, more reliable, and more scalable than ever before.

At the same time, we understand that our existing clients may be concerned about the transition to the new platform. We want to reassure our clients that their data from the previous version of Allocations will still be available in the new version. The presentation may be different, but the core functionality and data will be there. We are working to make the transition process as smooth and seamless as possible.

We want to emphasize that Allocations v2.0 is a part of our ongoing commitment to improving our platform. We will continue to roll out new features and functionality in the coming weeks and months, ensuring that our users have access to the latest and greatest tools.
